Cotton ginning has long been at the heart of our cooperative. Our roots trace back to 1935, when the Farmers Cooperative Association of Sudan was first incorporated to serve local producers. In 2016, the Sudan cooperative merged with Amherst Cooperative Gin to form Texas Producers Cooperative, strengthening our ability to serve farmers across the region. Most recently, in 2025, Springlake-Earth Cotton Growers joined the cooperative, expanding our reach and continuing our commitment to area producers.
Today, with locations in Sudan, Amherst, and Springlake, TPC remains dedicated to providing reliable and efficient cotton ginning services. The bale totals below reflect not only the hard work of our producers and employees, but also the challenges and successes that come with each growing season, including the impacts of weather, drought and growing conditions across the region.
